FFFX Performance Consulting - Terms and Conditions​

By enrolling in the FFFX 3-Month Consultancy, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Commitment:

   • You agree to complete the full 3-month program.

2. Payment Terms:

   • You agree to pay £3,000 for 3 months of 1 on 1 Consulting​

   • You will will receive one (1) additional month of the same consultancy and support included in your original programme at no additional cost.

   • The complimentary month begins immediately after the scheduled end date of the original programme, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

   • The additional month is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or any other service, and has no standalone monetary value.

   • This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, or special offer unless expressly stated.

   • ​FFFX reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotional offer at any time for future enrolments. This will not affect clients who have already enrolled while the offer was active.

3. Access and Usage:

   • You will have access to Zoom recordings and resources for the duration.

   • Logins and Zoom attendance are tracked. Sharing links or unauthorized distribution of materials will result in immediate termination without a refund.

4. Accountability:

   • You are responsible for actively engaging by completing weekly check-ins, attending Zoom sessions, or watching recordings if unable to attend live.

   • Actual Implementation on live charts is completely your decision.

5. Commencement of Consultancy:

   • Will commence only once all required funds have been fully received.

6. Refund Policy:

   • Due to the nature of the services provided, which include digital products that can be easily copied and saved, no refunds will be granted for any reason.

   • You explicitly agree to this policy and acknowledge that no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

7. Marketing Consent:

   • By enrolling, you consent to the use of your results for marketing purposes.

   • Efforts will be made to maintain anonymity upon request.

   • You retain the right to revoke this consent at any time by notifying FFFX.

8. Abusive Behaviour:

• Any form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Such behaviour will result in immediate and permanent removal from the consultancy program without a refund.
