FFFX Mentorship Program - Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in the FFFX GOLD Group Mentorship Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Commitment:

You agree to complete the full 4-month mentorship program.

Payment Terms:

You agree to pay £2,000 for the full 4 months of group mentorship

Access and Usage:

You will have access to Zoom recordings and resources for the duration of your mentorship.

Logins and Zoom attendance are tracked. Sharing links or unauthorized distribution of materials will result in immediate termination of your mentorship without a refund.

Accountability:

You are responsible for actively engaging in the mentorship by completing weekly check-ins, attending Zoom sessions, or watching recordings if unable to attend live.

You are expected to apply the knowledge provided over the months to live charts.

Commencement of Mentorship:

Mentorship will commence only once all required funds have been fully received.

Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of the services provided, which include digital education that can be easily copied and saved, no refunds will be granted for any reason.

You explicitly agree to this policy and acknowledge that no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

Marketing Consent:

By enrolling, you consent to the use of your trading results for marketing purposes.

Efforts will be made to maintain anonymity upon request.

You retain the right to revoke this consent at any time by notifying your mentor.

Abusive Behaviour:

Any form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

Such behaviour will result in immediate and permanent removal from the mentorship program without a refund.
