FFFX Mentorship Program - Agreement

By enrolling in the FFFX 6-Month Mentorship Program, you acknowledge and agree to the following agreements:

1. Commitment:

   • You agree to complete the full 6-month mentorship program.

2. Payment Terms:

   • You agree to pay £1000 per month for 6 months via direct debit.

   • It is your responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds are available each month to maintain uninterrupted participation. Please note that the 6-month mentorship program does not allow for pauses or payment holds.

3. Deposit: 

   • An upfront payment of £1000 (the “Deposit”) is required. This Deposit will be applied as your payment for the 6th month of mentorship, serving as a commitment to completing the entire mentorship program.

   • If you do not complete the full 6-month program, you agree to forfeit your Deposit in full.

   • Failure to make timely payments will result in termination of your mentorship, with your deposit being forfeited.

4. Continuation Beyond Initial Term:

   • If you wish to continue beyond the initial 6-month mentorship, you must notify your mentor.

   • Payments will then transition to a rolling monthly direct debit plan.

   • You may cancel this rolling plan at any time, provided you notify your mentor at least 14 working days before your next payment date.

5. Access and Usage:

   • You will have access to Zoom recordings and resources for the duration of your mentorship.

   • Logins and Zoom attendance are tracked. Sharing links or unauthorized distribution of materials will result in immediate termination of your mentorship without a refund.

6. Accountability:

   • You are responsible for actively engaging in the mentorship by completing weekly check-ins, attending Zoom sessions, or watching recordings if unable to attend live.

   • You are expected to apply the knowledge provided over the months to live charts.

7. Commencement of Mentorship:

   • Mentorship will commence only once all required funds have been fully received.

8. Refund Policy:

   • Due to the nature of the services provided, which include digital education that can be easily copied and saved, no refunds will be granted for any reason.

   • You explicitly agree to this policy and acknowledge that no refunds will be processed under any circumstances.

9. Marketing Consent:

   • By enrolling, you consent to the use of your trading results for marketing purposes.

   • Efforts will be made to maintain anonymity upon request.

   • You retain the right to revoke this consent at any time by notifying your mentor.

10. Abusive Behaviour:

• Any form of abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.

• Such behaviour will result in immediate and permanent removal from the mentorship program without a refund.
